Directions for Use:
1. Saturate a cotton pad with Neutrogena Hydro Boost Micellar Water. 2. Gently wipe the cotton pad across your face and eye area to remove makeup, dirt, and oil. 3. Repeat with fresh cotton pads as needed until the cotton comes away clean. 4. No rinsing required.
