I use this scrub twice a week. First, I cleanse my face with a gentle cleanser, then I use the BioNike scrub in circular motions, and finally, I rinse it off and apply my moisturizer. My skin feels so soft!

I've been using BioNike products for a while now, and I'm always impressed. I used to use a really harsh scrub from another brand, and it left my skin feeling tight and dry. This exfoliating scrub is much gentler. It still does a great job of getting rid of dead skin cells, but my skin feels so much smoother and hydrated afterwards. Definitely a keeper!
