Avène's XeraCalm AD Cleansing Oil is specially formulated to gently cleanse and soothe extremely dry skin prone to atopic eczema and itching. This product serves as the first step in the anti-itch ritual, leaving the skin soft and comfortable while respecting the skin's microbiome. Soap-free and with a physiological pH, it is suitable for use on the face, body, and scalp, even during the acne phase.
Its formula combines I-modulia®, the first postbiotic active from Avène thermal water, which relieves itching, stimulates the skin’s defenses, and combats irritation. It also contains Cer-omega, lipids similar to those in the skin that nourish and restore the skin barrier function, and Avène Thermal Water, known for its soothing, anti-irritant, and softening properties. Fragrance-free and designed to minimize the risk of allergic reactions, this relipidizing cleansing oil is ideal for newborns, children, and adults, and does not irritate the eyes.

Directions for Use: 1. Apply Avene Xeracalm AD Relipidating Cleansing Oil to wet skin. 2. Gently massage into the skin of the face, body, or scalp. 3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. 4. Gently pat the skin dry with a soft towel, avoiding rubbing.


Recommended Frequency: Use daily, or as often as needed, as part of your cleansing routine.


Additional Tips: For optimal results, follow cleansing with Avene Xeracalm AD Relipidating Cream or Avene Xeracalm AD Relipidating Balm to further hydrate and soothe dry, itchy skin.
