I've been using this exfoliating cream for about two weeks now, every other day. I noticed a difference in my skin's texture almost immediately. My pores look smaller and my skin is definitely brighter. It's gentle enough that it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, which is a huge plus. I follow it with my usual serum and moisturizer.
