This cleanser has definitely helped with my persistent adult acne, reducing redness and those annoying little bumps. I still get an occasional spot, especially around my period, but it’s a big improvement. As a long-time fan of CeraVe, I had high hopes for this one. The pump dispenser is super practical, making it easy to get just the right amount without waste. It’s definitely a step up from some of their other tubes for hygiene. My only minor gripe is it’s a bit big for travel, but great for home.

Directions for Use: 1. Wet your face with lukewarm water. 2. Dispense a small amount of Cerave Cleanser Imperfection Control into your hands. 3. Gently massage the cleanser onto your face using circular motions, avoiding the eye area. 4. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry with a clean towel. 5. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Recommended Frequency: Use once or twice daily, morning and/or evening, as part of your skincare routine. Adjust frequency based on your skin's needs and tolerance.
Additional Tips: 1. For best results, follow with a Cerave moisturizer suitable for your skin type.
2. Sun sensitivity can occur with salicylic acid use. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher daily, especially during and after use.
3. If you experience excessive dryness or irritation, reduce the frequency of use or discontinue use and consult a dermatologist. 4.
