Directions for Use: 1. Dispense a small amount of Botánicapharma Sweet Almond Oil into the palm of your hand. 2. Gently massage the oil onto clean, dry skin using circular motions until fully absorbed. 3. For stretch mark prevention, focus application on areas prone to stretching, such as the abdomen, thighs, and hips. 4. For nappy rash prevention in babies, apply a thin layer to the affected area after each nappy change. 5. For massage, use as is or blend with other essential oils as desired.

Recommended Frequency: For daily moisturizing, apply once or twice a day. For stretch mark prevention during pregnancy, apply twice daily, starting from the first trimester. For nappy rash prevention, apply after each nappy change. For massage, use as needed.
