How to use: 1. Peel off the protective backing strip from the panti-liner. 2. Position the panti-liner centrally in your underwear, ensuring the adhesive side is facing down. 3. Smooth the panti-liner onto the underwear to secure it in place.


Recommended frequency: Change the panti-liner regularly, at least every 4-6 hours, or more frequently as needed. This helps maintain hygiene and freshness.


Additional tips: For optimal hygiene, wash your hands before and after changing the panti-liner.
These panti-liners are designed for daily use and are suitable for all skin types.
If any irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional.
