How to Use: 1. Remove the Evax Cottonlike Super Plus With Wings from its individual wrapper. 2. Peel off the paper backing to expose the adhesive strip. 3. Center the pad on your underwear, adhesive side down. 4. Press firmly to secure the pad in place. 5. Fold the wings around the outside of your underwear and secure them underneath. 6. To dispose of the used pad, wrap it in its original wrapper or toilet paper and discard it in a waste bin. Do not flush.
Recommended Frequency: Change the pad every 4-8 hours, or more frequently if needed, depending on your flow. It's important to change regularly to maintain hygiene and comfort.
