How to use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before and after application. 2. Detach one single-dose applicator. 3. Hold the applicator upright and twist off the tip. 4. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina as far as it will comfortably go. 5. Slowly squeeze the applicator to release the gel cream. 6. Remove the applicator and discard it. 7. It is recommended to apply the gel cream before going to bed.
