Unfold the pad and position it in your underwear, ensuring the adhesive strip is facing down. 3. Adjust the pad for a comfortable and secure fit, ensuring it covers the necessary area. 4. Smooth out any wrinkles or creases to prevent bunching and ensure maximum absorbency. 5. Discard the used pad in a hygienic manner, wrapping it in the original wrapper or toilet paper. Do not flush the pad down the toilet.
Recommended Frequency: Change the pad as needed, depending on your individual needs and level of incontinence. It is generally recommended to change the pad every 4-6 hours or when it feels wet or uncomfortable. Do not reuse the pad.
