Adjust the tabs as needed to achieve a secure and leak-proof fit. 6. For removal, peel the tabs open from the front panel and carefully roll the used nappy away from the user. 7. Dispose of the used nappy hygienically in a designated waste bin.
Recommended Frequency: Change the nappy as needed, or when it becomes soiled or saturated. This is typically recommended every few hours, or overnight for nighttime use. Do not reuse the nappy.
