Position the pad centrally in your underwear, ensuring the adhesive side is facing down and the wings are folded over the edges of your underwear. 4. Smooth the pad down to ensure it adheres securely and comfortably. 5. Fold the wings around the gusset of your underwear and press firmly to secure.
Recommended Frequency: Change your Ausonia Discreet Normal Sanitary Towel as needed, typically every 4-6 hours or when it feels full. Frequency may vary depending on individual needs and flow. Do not flush used pads down the toilet. Wrap them in the wrapper from the new pad or tissue paper and dispose of them hygienically in a bin.
Additional Tips: For optimal comfort and protection, choose the right absorbency level for your needs. Ausonia Discreet offers different absorbencies (Normal, Extra, and Maxi Day & Night).
