Directions for Use:
1. Wash and dry your hands or feet thoroughly before using the file. 2. Shortening and Shaping: Use the coarse grit side (120) to shorten and shape your nails. File in one direction, from the edge of the nail towards the center. Avoid sawing back and forth, as this can weaken the nails.
3. Refining and Smoothing: Once you have achieved the desired shape, switch to the fine grit side (180) to refine the edges and smooth the nail surface. Gently file in one direction to create a polished finish.
4. Cleaning: After each use, gently brush off any nail dust from the file.

File your nails as needed to maintain your desired shape and length. Typically, this is every 1-2 weeks. Avoid over-filing, which can thin and weaken your nails.
