How to use: 1. Shorten: Using the coarser side of the file, gently file the edges of your nails to your desired length. File in one direction to prevent splitting or damage. 2. Shape: Once you have achieved the desired length, use the medium grit side to shape your nails. File from the outer edge towards the center, following the natural curve of your nail. 3. Smooth: Use the finer grit side to smooth out any rough edges and refine the shape. 4. Polish: Finish by using the smoothest side of the file to buff your nails to a healthy shine.
Recommended frequency: File your nails as needed to maintain your desired length and shape. Generally, this is once every 1-2 weeks. Avoid over-filing, as this can weaken your nails.
Additional tips: 1. Always file your nails in one direction to prevent splitting and peeling. 2. Avoid sawing back and forth as this can damage the nail. 3. Do not file too deeply into the corners of your nails, as this can make them prone to breakage. 4. After filing, apply cuticle oil to moisturize your nails and cuticles.
