Directions for Use: 1. Apply a small amount of Galeno Therm Heat Effect Cream to the affected area. 2. Gently massage the cream into the skin using circular motions until fully absorbed. 3. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Do not apply to open wounds, mucous membranes, or sensitive areas.
Recommended Frequency: Apply as needed, up to 3-4 times daily. For use as a muscle warmer before physical activity, apply 15-30 minutes prior to exercise.
Additional Tips: For best results, apply to clean, dry skin. A warming sensation is normal after application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician.
