This cream offers decent value for money, though the 75ml tube feels a bit small for regular use. I found myself needing to reorder sooner than expected. The heat effect is quite pleasant and helps with muscle relaxation after a long walk. Absorption is quick, no sticky residue, which is a big plus. If only the quantity was a bit more generous, it would be perfect.

I've never tried a heat effect cream before, so this was new for me. The scent is actually quite subtle, not overpowering at all. I was worried it would smell too medicinal, but it's really pleasant and light. It's a nice surprise.

Directions for Use: 1. Apply a small amount of Galeno Therm Heat Effect Cream to the affected area. 2. Gently massage the cream into the skin using circular motions until fully absorbed. 3. Wash hands thoroughly after application. Do not apply to open wounds, mucous membranes, or sensitive areas.
Recommended Frequency: Apply as needed, up to 3-4 times daily. For use as a muscle warmer before physical activity, apply 15-30 minutes prior to exercise.
Additional Tips: For best results, apply to clean, dry skin. A warming sensation is normal after application. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not use with other heat-producing products. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Store in a cool, dry place.
