Leave the plaster in place until it starts to detach on its own. Do not attempt to remove it prematurely.
Recommended frequency: Apply a new Compeed blister plaster as needed, typically when the previous one starts to detach. This can vary depending on the individual and the location of the blister.
Additional tips: For best results, apply the plaster as soon as you feel a blister developing. Do not puncture the blister before applying the plaster.
