Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Boil 150ml of water and let it cool down to approximately 50°C. 3. Pour the water into a clean bowl or bottle. 4. Add 5-6 level tablespoons (approximately 25-30g) of Blevit Superfibre 8 Cereals to the water. 5. Stir vigorously with a fork or whisk until you obtain a smooth, lump-free consistency. 6. Allow to cool down to a suitable temperature before feeding to your baby. 7. Always check the temperature before feeding. 8. Discard any leftover porridge. Do not reuse.
Recommended frequency: Blevit Superfibre 8 Cereals can be introduced as part of a varied and balanced diet, typically starting around 6 months of age, or as advised by your pediatrician. It can be offered once or twice a day, gradually increasing the amount as your baby grows and their appetite increases. Always consult with your healthcare professional for personalized advice.
Additional tips: For younger babies, you can prepare a more liquid consistency by adding more water. As your baby gets older and develops their chewing skills, you can gradually decrease the amount of water to achieve a thicker porridge.
