Directions for use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before preparing the baby food. 2. Boil fresh drinking water for 5 minutes. Let it cool down. 3. Pour the desired amount of cooled, boiled water into a clean bowl. The recommended amount of water is indicated on the packaging, but can be adjusted to achieve desired consistency. 4. Add the recommended amount of Nestle Papilla Gluten Free Corn & Rice powder to the water. The recommended amount of powder is indicated on the packaging. 5. Stir vigorously with a clean spoon until the powder is completely dissolved and a smooth consistency is achieved. 6. Check the temperature of the porridge before feeding it to your baby. It should be lukewarm, not hot. 7. Discard any leftover porridge. Do not reuse.
Recommended frequency: This cereal can be introduced as part of a varied diet from 4 months of age. Start with a small amount and gradually increase the portion as your baby gets used to it.
