Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly before use. 2. Dispense a small amount of oil onto your fingertips. 3. Gently massage the perineum area using a circular motion. 4. Start massaging from the back towards the front. 5. Continue for several minutes until the oil is absorbed. 6. Can be used from the 34th week of pregnancy onwards.
