I've been using Bepanthol Baby Protective Ointment for my little one since she was born, and it's been a lifesaver. She has very sensitive skin and is prone to eczema flare-ups, especially in the diaper area. This ointment creates a really good barrier that protects her skin from irritation. I apply it after every diaper change, and it really helps to keep her skin moisturized and prevent redness. A little goes a long way, so the 100g tube lasts for quite a while, making it a good value for the price.
