First time tried melatonin with cannabis. Due to having MS I can be tired but struggle to sleep and then wake up with sore back etc. however since I took this a couple of times so far I notice a huge difference. I fall asleep around 30 minutes after taking and not waking up sore, so highly recommend. Delivery is great as well only takes around a week for delivery to UK
