Directions for Use:

1. Take one (1) tablet daily.
2. For sleep onset: Take 1 to 2 hours before bedtime.
3. For jet lag relief: Take one (1) tablet at night, before bedtime, starting on the first day of travel. Continue taking one tablet before bed for several nights upon arrival.
4. It is recommended to take the tablet at the same time each day for optimal results.
