Directions for Use:

1. Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the GUM Technique+ Compact Soft toothbrush head.

2. Hold the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gum line.

3. Gently brush each tooth in a circular motion, ensuring you reach all surfaces of the tooth, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces.
Avoid scrubbing back and forth.

4. Pay special attention to the gum line and areas where plaque tends to accumulate.

5. Brush your tongue gently to remove bacteria and freshen breath.

6. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing.

7. Rinse the toothbrush head thoroughly under running water and allow it to air dry upright.

Recommended Frequency:

Brush your teeth at least twice a day, for at least two minutes each time, preferably in the morning and before bed. It is also recommended to brush after meals if possible.

Additional Tips:

1. Replace your GUM Technique+ Compact Soft toothbrush every three months or sooner if the bristles become frayed or splayed.

2. For optimal oral hygiene, use dental floss or interdental brushes daily to clean between teeth where your toothbrush cannot reach.
