How to use: 1. Cut approximately 45cm (18 inches) of VITIS Dental Tape. 2. Wrap most of the tape around your middle fingers, leaving a 3-5cm (1-2 inch) section between them. 3. Additional tips: Be gentle to avoid damaging your gums.
