Directions for Use: 1. Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to the brush head. 2. Wet the brush head slightly. 3. Gently move the brush head back and forth across each tooth surface for a few seconds, ensuring you cover all areas, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces. 6. Pay special attention to the gum line and hard-to-reach areas. 7. After brushing for two minutes, turn off the toothbrush. 8. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water. 9. Rinse the brush head under running water and allow it to air dry.

Recommended Frequency: Brush your teeth twice a day, for two minutes each time, preferably once in the morning and once in the evening.
