Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Remove the tampon from its wrapper. 3. Locate the string at the end of the tampon. 4. Get into a comfortable position, such as sitting on the toilet with your knees apart or standing with one leg raised on a stable surface. 5. Gently insert the applicator (if using an applicator tampon) into the vagina, aiming slightly towards your lower back. 6. Push the inner barrel of the applicator until it is completely inside the outer barrel, releasing the tampon. 7. Carefully remove the applicator. 8. The string should hang comfortably outside of the vagina. 9. Wash your hands again.
Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours. Do not use a tampon for more than 8 hours. Choose the lowest absorbency needed for your flow.
Additional Tips: For the first few times you use tampons, you may find it easier to use a light absorbency.
