Directions for Use: 1. Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly. Ensure the skin is free of oils, lotions, and creams. 2. Open the pouch and remove the heat patch. Do not cut or puncture the patch. 3. Peel off the protective film from the back of the patch. 4. Apply the adhesive side of the patch directly to the skin over the area of muscle tension or pain. 5. Press firmly to ensure good adhesion. 6. The patch will begin to heat up gradually within minutes and provide continuous heat for up to 8 hours. 7. To remove, gently peel off the patch from the skin.
Recommended Frequency: Use one patch per affected area as needed, up to a maximum of one patch per day on the same area. Do not use for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period on the same area.
Additional Tips: For maximum benefit, apply the patch to clean, dry skin. Do not apply over broken or irritated skin. Do not use with topical analgesics, creams, or ointments. If pain persists or worsens, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Do not reuse the patch. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. If the patch becomes excessively hot or uncomfortable, remove it immediately. Do not apply pressure or tight bandages over the patch. Do not use while sleeping. Do not microwave the patch.
