1. Remove the insoles from the packaging. 2. Place your foot on top of the insole. 3. Using scissors, carefully cut along the pre-printed trim lines that correspond to your shoe size. Ensure a snug fit by following the size guide printed on the insole. 4. Insert the trimmed insoles into your shoes, ensuring they lie flat and do not bunch up. The smooth side should face upwards. 5. Wear your shoes as normal and enjoy the added comfort.
Recommended Frequency:
Schurz Super Comfort Insoles can be worn daily with any type of footwear. For optimal hygiene and performance, it is recommended to replace the insoles every 3-6 months, or sooner if they show signs of wear and tear.
