1. Remove your current insoles from your sports footwear.
2. Place the Dr. Scholl GelActiv Sport Men insole on top of your existing insole (if applicable) or directly into your shoe.
3. Ensure the heel of the Dr. Scholl insole aligns with the heel of your shoe.
4. If necessary, trim the Dr. Scholl insole to fit your shoe. Place your foot on the insole and use the trimming lines as a guide. Cut carefully along the appropriate line using sharp scissors.
5. Insert the trimmed insole into your shoe, gel-side down.
