Clean and dry skin before use, ensuring blister area is free of creams and oils. Remove the bottom paper, avoiding touching the adhesive side. Apply plaster firmly over blister, ensuring the edges are well smoothed down. Leave in place until it starts to detach (Note: may stay in place up to several days). To remove plaster: do not pull upwards but slowly stretch along the skin. COMPEED® hydrocolloid technology is an active gel with moisture absorbing particles. Specially designed for use on the toes, the COMPEED® blister plaster acts like a second skin to support the natural moisture balance, to:

Carefully peel off the plaster from its backing paper, avoiding touching the adhesive side.
Center the plaster directly over the blister, ensuring the entire blister is covered. Smooth down the edges to ensure good contact with the skin.
Do not stretch the plaster when applying it. It is best to leave the plaster in place until it starts to detach on its own. This could be for several days. Forcing removal may damage the skin.
You can shower or bathe with the plaster on.
Replace with a fresh one as needed, following the same steps. If the blister breaks, clean the area gently with mild soap and water before applying a new plaster.
Do not reuse a plaster. If the blister doesn't improve or shows signs of infection (increased redness, pain, pus), consult a healthcare professional.
