1. Cleanse the wound: Thoroughly clean the wound and surrounding skin with a suitable antiseptic solution. Ensure the area is dry before applying the dressing.
2. Prepare the dressing: Carefully remove the protective backing from the Hartmann Cosmopor Silicone dressing, avoiding touching the adhesive side.
3. Apply the dressing: Gently place the adhesive side of the dressing over the wound, ensuring it covers the entire wound area and extends onto the surrounding healthy skin. Smooth out any wrinkles or air bubbles.
4. Secure the edges: Press firmly around the edges of the dressing to ensure a secure seal.
Recommended Frequency:
