Directions for use: 1. Wet your hair and scalp thoroughly with warm water.

5. Repeat steps 2-4 for a second wash. 6. Leave the shampoo on your scalp for three to five minutes during the second wash.
7. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
Recommended frequency: Use two to three times per week, alternating with your regular daily shampoo.
