WARNINGS: Retinoids, including retinal, can increase skin sensitivity to the sun. It is crucial to use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher daily while using this product and for a week after discontinuing use. Avoid direct sun exposure and tanning beds. Start with applying the product every other night and gradually increase frequency as tolerated. If irritation occurs, reduce the frequency of use or discontinue use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use. This product may not be suitable for all skin types, especially those with sensitive skin. A patch test is recommended before applying to the entire face. Retinoids can cause initial dryness, peeling, and redness, which usually subside with continued use. Do not use with other retinoid products. Store in a cool, dark place.

Her directions were to use this once daily, and skip moisturizer. And to use gentle cleanser. I'm 64, sensitive skin but oily at times. My skin is less red and no dry patches
