Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and pull the string to ensure it is securely attached. 3. Locate the grooved grip on the outer tube and hold it firmly between your thumb and middle finger. 4. With your other hand, gently separate the inner tube from the outer tube until the removal click is heard. 5. In a comfortable position (sitting, squatting, or standing with one leg raised), carefully insert the rounded tip of the applicator into the vaginal opening, aiming slightly towards the lower back. 6. Push the inner tube completely into the outer tube until your fingers touch the grip. 7. Gently remove both tubes, leaving the string hanging outside the body. 8. Wash your hands again.

Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more frequently if needed. Never wear a tampon for longer than 8 hours.

Additional Tips: Choosing the right absorbency: Start with Regular absorbency. If you need to change your tampon more frequently than every 4 hours, try a higher absorbency.
