Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and remove the protective sleeve. 3. Locate the string at the end of the tampon. 4. Depending on your comfort level, you can choose to sit on the toilet, squat, or stand with one leg raised. 5. With your free hand, gently separate the labia. 6. Hold the tampon by the grip zone (the non-rounded end) between your thumb and middle finger. 7. Using your index finger, push the tampon into your vagina, aiming slightly towards your lower back. 8. Continue pushing the tampon in until your fingers touch your body and the grip zone is no longer visible. 9. The string should be hanging outside your body. 10. If the tampon feels uncomfortable or you can still feel it, push it in a little further. Note: If you are having difficulty inserting the tampon, try a different position or use a lighter absorbency. Do not force the tampon.

Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or sooner if needed. Do not leave a tampon in for longer than 8 hours. Using the lowest absorbency necessary for your flow helps minimize the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).
