Directions for Use: 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. 2. Unwrap the tampon and pull the string to ensure it is securely attached. 3. Hold the applicator firmly at the grooved end, with the rounded tip pointing upwards. 4. Gently insert the applicator into the vagina, aiming slightly towards the lower back. 5. Once the applicator is fully inserted, push the inner tube completely into the outer tube to release the tampon. 6. Carefully remove the applicator, leaving the string outside the body. 7. Wash your hands again.
Recommended Frequency: Change your tampon every 4-8 hours, or more frequently if needed. Never leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours.
Additional Tips: Always choose the lowest absorbency tampon suitable for your flow. If you experience any discomfort or difficulty inserting or removing the tampon, consult a healthcare professional. Using a tampon with a higher absorbency than needed can increase the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS). Familiarize yourself with the symptoms of TSS, which include sudden high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, muscle aches, and a sunburn-like rash. If you experience any of these symptoms while using a tampon, remove it immediately and seek medical attention. For the first few times, using a tampon may feel slightly unusual. If you are experiencing difficulties, try relaxing and finding a comfortable position. Using a mirror may also help during insertion.
