Instructions for Use:

1. Before first use, pre-condition the hot water bottle by filling it completely with cold water and letting it stand for 20 minutes. Empty the water and allow the bottle to dry completely.
2. To fill, hold the bottle by the neck in an upright position.
3. Slowly fill with hot (not boiling) water to a maximum of two-thirds capacity.
4. Expel excess air by gently lowering the bottle onto a flat surface until water appears at the opening. Do not squeeze the bottle.
5. Securely tighten the stopper, ensuring it is screwed on completely and firmly.
6. Check for leaks by inverting the bottle carefully over a sink or basin. 7. Wrap the bottle in a towel or cover before applying it to the skin.

Recommended Frequency:

Use as needed for pain relief or warmth. Avoid prolonged or continuous application. Allow the skin to cool down between uses.

Additional Tips:

1. Never fill the bottle with boiling water as this can damage the rubber and cause burns.
2. Do not overfill the bottle.
3. Do not lie or apply pressure directly on the filled hot water bottle.
4. Check the bottle regularly for signs of wear and tear, such as cracks or leaks. Replace the bottle if any damage is found.
5. Store the bottle empty and with the stopper removed in a cool, dry, and dark place.
6. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
