Each capsule of SERYDORM® COMPLETE contains 4 tablets:
- Immediate release tablet 1 (white in colour).
Contains Melatonin, GABA and Passionflower. Melatonin is the hormone naturally produced by our brain at nightfall, stimulated by darkness and inhibited by light, controlling the circadian rhythm that regulates the sleep-wake cycles of our biological clock. Melatonin is also involved in the initial stages of sleep. It is also indicated to alleviate the symptoms of jet lag or to facilitate sleep for people with irregular schedules.
GABA is a brain neurotransmitter that helps to reduce neuronal activity.
- Immediate release tablets 2 and 3 (yellow colour)
Contain Passionflower and Valerian with calming and relaxing properties that help people fall asleep, thus reinforcing the action of Melatonin and GABA.
- Prolonged-release tablet 4 (grey)
With Melatonin, GABA and Passionflower. Once you have fallen asleep and thanks to the 8-hour prolonged release of Melatonin, GABA and Passionflower, the ingredients continue to act throughout the night, preventing nocturnal awakenings.
