It is recommended to take 2 tablets up to three times a day. To facilitate sleep, it is recommended to take 2 tablets half an hour before going to sleep, and if necessary take 2 tablets in the afternoon. Alcohol can enhance the sedative effect, so it should not be taken with alcoholic beverages.
