Always clean and dry your hands thoroughly before handling lenses, avoiding the use of medicated or perfumed soaps. Place the lens in the palm of your hand. Make sure it is in the correct position. Examine the lens before inserting it and do not use it if it is scratched or damaged. To remove the lens, make sure your hands are clean and dry. Use a finger to slide the lens towards the white part of the eye and remove it. If the lens is difficult to remove, use rewetting drops.
